Hello,

My name is Rowena Torres, I'm a mother and a grandmother. My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary in October of last year.

I am here seeking support for my medical purposes to treat my Stage 3B Lung cancer.

I have suffered from pneumonia since 2019

After a persistent case of pneumonia that i have since july 2019, we found out that i had pleural effusion. This meant that I had to undergo a procedure to get the water from my lungs.

We found out about my Pleural Effusion at january 2020.

After undergoing the treatment, I thought that was it and I will be okay after the process to remove the water from my lung finished.

I was diagnosed with stage 3B of Lung cancer

A week after they remove the water from my lung, We continue to observe and examine my health.

Surprising and unexpected news came out. Doctor diagnosed me with Stage 3B Lung cancer.

I had my first chemo session and I'm positive that I will get through this.

I need 6 cycles of chemotherapy

I'm positive that I will get through this. I'm looking forward to longer years with my husband and my family and hope you can help me make this happen.

Doctor said that i need to undergo 6 cycles of chemotherapy. I am currently unemployed and the cost of chemotherapy are not that cheap.

I believe if i able to finish this cycle of chemotherapy, my health condition will be fine. I hope you can help me and support me with that.

Details on needed funds

The total expenses for 6x chemotherapy will approximately cost about $9500. The collected funds will be use for all of the medical purpose, the detail will be explained in the table below
