My name is Angelito M. Acdal from Libagon southern Leyte, Phillipines. I'm married and I have two daughters.
My Baby have a heart failure
My youngest name Naliandra Zyrel Acdal have a heart failure.
Her life depends on the oxygen supply
She already underwent a successful surgery on charity mission. But until now she can't breathe on her own. She need oxygen support every day, round the clock.
She just discharged from hospitalization on 30 January 2020.
We are looking for support for her medical assistance
Everyday, we spend 900 pesos or $18 USD for the oxygen.
We have to pay for the oxygen until we cure her disease. I want to bring my child to a heart specialist for the second opinion.
But we have very short funds just to pay her oxygen alone. I'm just a taxi driver. For now, I don't have any job, because I need to focus on taking care of my baby.
So here I am raising funds for my baby medical assistance, worth 30 days of her breath. Please help us.
