I want to help decrease died of mother pregnant through App

In some cities of Indonesia, the died of mother pregnant is high. One of the problems is there is no medical record information about the mother pregnant. 

Another problem is there is no available doctor or nurse in some place and also the government can also track the mother pregnant.

Because of that, we want to help this problem with create an App that can be used for pregnant mother and also doctor and government to track location of pregnant mother, create panic button and also track the medical information.
