A Relaxing and Welcoming Restaurant

Dear friends,

Hello, my name is Tang Chih-Kai, I am 26 years old and I currently live in New Taipei City, Taiwan.

I retired as an officer, and later learned French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu, Tokyo. Beside learning French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo, I also like warm-hearted restaurants in Japan.

On one occasion, I went to a small restaurant. It was amazing that in that restaurant, I felt like I was part of if as if I'm the owner of the shop. The boss has a good memory. He generously greets foreign guests, asked where they are come from and remembers our preferences. It comfort us so much as we are living in a foreign country.

I want to open a restaurant for everyone

So, I want to open a restaurant and cafe that welcome everyone. This kind of restaurant would make travelers or outsiders feel warm. The restaurant will be about 15 tables. Small, but it would make people feel warm.

Here, you can relax, share any story of the day to each other, then we will be part of your life. We will do our best to be the best place for your tired soul to get relaxed and bonded.

Budget and Schedule

The initial capital is NT $800,000 or $26,650 USD. The NT $600,000 or $20,000 USD of it will be from my own saving. The restaurant is expected to open in August 2020. If you are interested, you are welcome to invest.
