Help to be able to pay a lot and don't be kicked out of our house

Nice to meet you. My name is Alma Tamayo and I live in Masbate, Philippines.

Currently the owner of the land where my house is located wants to sell it. I could loose my house if I don't pay him.

A house built with our effort

In 2014 we got permission from a relative to use a lot for free.

As the owner is a relative we didn't prepare any contract, so we use the lot to build our house. Now, I'm living in that house with my mum that is 81 years old, as my dad passed away.

Then, the owner of the lot wants to sell is as he needs some cash.

If we don't buy the lot we will loose our house

Currently I'm unemployed. I used to work but I had a health problem and I had to stop. The house where are living in was built with our savings.

We're living thanks to a small pension that is receiving my mum.

If we loose our house it will be really hard for an unemployed and a pensioner.

To get a loan is also a difficult thing

The prize of the lot is $17,000.

It's impossible to us to pay it at once, but as the owner is our relative I think he will allow us to pay it in installments.

I'm looking for a job but I still didn't find one, so I can't ask for a loan in a bank because it won't be accepted.

And that's why I need your help, as you are my last hope.

Details on needed funds

To start paying the installments I would beed $1,200, a quantity we can't currently afford.

Schedule

If we receive enough funds I will have start paying to the land owner. Also, I will do my best to find a job and be able to keep paying.
