For my cousin's treatment for thyroid cancer

Hi everyone!

My name is Camille Enolpe living in Cebu, Philippines

I am making this project for my cousin, Melodie Salubre, 21 years old.

My cousin was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Cancer

In the year 2017, while she was still in high school, on her senior year, she was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Cancer.

And on the same year she also undergone thyroid surgery, the surgery went well and we thought that it will never come back again.

Thyroid cancer has been diagnosed to my cousin earlier this year.

For three years after the surgery, she seems to be doing fine. But earlier this year we have noticed that she easily gets tired even just walking or doing chores for a few minutes.

She has also said that her leg muscles gets tired easily and she can't go for a longer walk just like before that's why she is always staying at their house.

We have decided to take her to her doctor for a consultation. After the check up the doctor said that her thyroid cancer has returned and needed treatment as soon as possible.

Needs about $1,200 for her treatment

The treatment needed is Radioactive Iodine Therapy. She also needs a whole body metascan after the treatment.

Radioactive Therapy is about 44,000.00 pesos which is 870 USD and the whole body metascan is almost 13,000 pesos which is 257 USD. For a total of 1127 USD. The remaining amount will be used to buy medicine for maintenance after the treatment.

here I am asking for financial support and my only way to help my cousin so that she will be healed completely and live a normal life again.
