Please help me to renovate my late fathers damaged fish farm

I am OPU-OGU COLLINUS NIMENIBO, I live in the rural area of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.

My late father has a fish farm that is been damaged by oil spillage over the years back in the rural Waterfront where I reside, due to lack of finance to maintain his damaged fish farm my father left his fish farm to perish. please I need your assistance to help me restore my late father's damaged fish farm so I can be able to make use of it to stock, train and harvest fishes. Please I need to form dykes all round the fish pond to prevent rising waters to cover the damaged fish farm and I also need to form a concrete cement gate for in and out flow of water. If I can achieve this i believe I have made a great success to restore my late father's damaged fish farm and I can not achieve this without your support that is why I am saying once again that I need your kind assistance.

My father has a fish farm named NIMSCO FISH FARM which i have been assigned to take care of because my father is DEAD. NIMSCO FISH FARM is in the rural area of Port Harcourt, Rivers State,Nigeria. NIMSCO FISH FARM is presently suffering from 1. rising seasonal water (big water) which grows above the fish pond dykes and cover the fish pond, this makes the fishes to easily go out of the fish pond because the river water has grown above the fish pond dykes. 2. Damaged concrete pond gate 3. oil spillage from the river which flows into the fish pond through the dykes and damaged pond gate which results to the killing fishes in the pond. 4. Thieves who into the fish pond at night to catch the fishes in the fish pond because there is no security at the farm. I love fish farming and I want to continue with fish farming carrier that is why today I am seeking for your assistance here, I believe my fish farming carrier will be a success if you can help me to, 1. Increase the dykes at the fish pond to more than 3 feet above the seasonal rising water level to prevent the fishes in the pond from going out and also to prevent the in flow of spilled oils through the dykes. 2. Build a concrete pond gate for the in and out flow of water which will help to prevent oil spillage. 3. Erect a pond security house to prevent thieves from coming into the pond to steal at night. I know i can not pay you back for every good you will do for me today but believe me God Almighty knows how much you have tried and HE will gladly reward you in HIS Wonderful Ways.
