Eye Alignment Surgery for My Daughter

Hi everyone,

My name is Brian Philippe Donato.

I'm the father of Brianna, a 6 years old girl who needs an eye alignment surgery. This is us with her 12 years old brother who now sits in grade 7.

Our Family

I'm a stay at home dad. I help my kids with their school and with their daily needs.

My wife is working as a part-time nursing instructor. We live in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines.

Brianna needs to get an eye alignment surgery

Brianna, my daughter has strabismus (eye misalignment), an eye problem in which the eyes are misaligned—meaning that they point in different directions.

That's why the doctor said my daughter needs to undergo an eye muscle surgery or eye alignment surgery.

Need support for 50% of the cost

The doctor said we need to prepare around PHP 100,000.00 or $2,000 USD.

I have managed to save up $1,000 USD, so we need help for just half of the expenses.
