Help me to raise funds for my ACDF Surgery

Hello! I'm Jennifer Jessica O. Ventolero, I am from Bacoor.

I’m posting this to ask for any kind of help, either financially or by sharing this post of mine.

As some of you already know, last year around May 2019, an unknown illness struck my body. I just woke up one day unable to walk properly and half of my body suddenly become weak, as if I had a stroke of some sort. Even the doctors were baffled by it because all of the brain scans and other stroke-related lab tests were negative. Until they requested an MRI of my neck, cervical spine specifically, and at last! They finally found the culprit.

The final diagnosis is Cervical Spinal Stenosis.

What is Cervical Spinal Stenosis?

Cervical Spinal Stenosis is a narrowing of the spinal canal and/or the spinal nerve root passages in your neck. When this narrowing occurs, your spinal cord and/or nerves may become compressed and cause symptoms such as pain, numbness, tingling and weakness in your neck, shoulders, and extremities. It can be a serious condition causing significant symptoms such as problems with balance, difficulty in walking and paralysis.

As of now, there is no known medication that can heal it. Pain killers were given for pain. Therapy is also offered but it is only to slow down the progress of weakness of the limbs, other than that, having surgery is the only solution.

So, why am I writing this? I'm writing this, knocking into your hearts that you may help me in raising funds for my surgery. How much am I trying to raise?

According to my current orthopedic doctor, the amount needed for the surgery is roughly around Php 250,000.
