Help us bring home my aunt from the hospital.

Hi everyone! 

My name is Bernadette Guevara, from the Philippines. 

I am asking for your help to raise funds  for my auntie Ma. Corazon Ergina, 59 years old. She works as a Call Center Representative here in the Philippines for 16 years. She is a widower and has 2 children. 

She is suffering from Sarcoma Cancer since 2017. She had her first operation last 2020, the goal is to remove the tumor on her leg, and we assumed that it was a successful one. However, since then she got in and out from hospital as the cancer cells already spread out of her body. 

Fast forward to this year, she cannot work anymore as she is unable to work or even stand up by herself. Last March 13, 2022, she was rushed again to the hospital as she experienced difficulty in breathing. She also suffered delirium and cannot recognize us anymore. Even her own son. 

Doctor says she only has 6 months to live and can now go home since they her condition worsen and they cannot do anything about it. However, we cannot bring her home because of unpaid balances in the hospital. We already sought help from our government agencies and other NGO's but unfortunately, it was not enough. 

As of this writing, March 19, 2022. Her balance in the hospital is approximately PHP 250,000. (USD4,756.74)

It's just painful seeing her in the hospital alone with her son, and we can't even visit her due to Covid restrictions. 

Our family is not well off. We already exhausted all our resources and we badly need financial assistance. 

We want to be with her while there's still time. I know we all have struggles and financial responsibilities, but if you can shed even a small amount, it will be a big help for us. 

God will make a way. We are not losing our hope that we can bring home my auntie.
