Help me pay legal fees for my daughter to stay!

My name is Luis, I live in Morelia, Mexico and I am involved in a legal mess so that my daughter can stay by my side.

Since the middle of last year, the mother of my daughter and I we began to dispute custody, since then she has filed a series of complaints to wear me down materially, morally and financially.

I have well-founded reasons to fight for the custody and well-being of my daughter. Current Mexican legislation stipulates that one can present oneself as a victim and file a complaint or lawsuit free of charge, but one as a defendant does not in all cases have the right to a lawyer provided by the legal body handling the case.

In my situation, I had to resort to a private defense attorney that was able to offer a comprehensive solution since the complaints filed are of a different nature and have been filed before family, civil, and criminal instances. I have managed to demonstrate before such instances that my priority is my daughter and that by caring for her greater good I can provide her with health, education, well-being and cover practically all her needs, something that I could not guarantee if she left my side.

Unfortunately, there are several processes that have run in parallel and are still far from finished.

Despite having two jobs and the support of family and friends to whom I am infinitely grateful, operating expenses We have been overwhelmed by this operation and I am beginning to see myself unable to solve them all; payment of expert reports, payment of document certifications by notaries, payment of fees for my legal representation and other professionals such as psychologists, doctors, etc.

All funds raised in this campaign will be used to pay operating expenses only, it is the lateral expenses that have created an imbalance for me and since I cannot count on a financing option from them, then I resort to your good will. I am confident that with your help and the progress we have made with my legal defense thus far, we can ensure that my daughter remains by my side.
