Lili Koi 
My Name is Itzael and I am 10 years old, for three years Eye Specialists found a strange disease in my right eye. It`s called Pars Planitits and has caused me cataract and inflammation on different occasions. We live on the Coast of Nayarit, Mexico.
Now the damage caused has increased and my Right eye needs to be operated as an emergency.
We need to raise $3,000 usd for surgery and another $500 for transfers and medication expenses.
My Surgery will take place at Guadalajara on June 8th.
The recovery will be easy and I will be able to return to my normal activities after a couple weeks.
