John's Surgery

Hello everyone,

I am John Narciso Guerta, 26 years old. Living in small town in the Philippines.

I am suffering from "Chronic Tophaceous Gout" for a long time now. I inherit it from my father. I ignored it when I was younger because my focus is to work hard to support my family. But it became worse and now I have many lumps in my body. My knees and other joints are aching terribly and it's hard for me to walk, run, jump, and stand longer than before.

I went to a rheumatologist and orthopedic surgeon to check and they advised me to get surgery before it gets worst. Surgery because they need to remove all the lumps and suction all the small lumps in my body to release the uric acid crystals.

I am from a poor family. My father is a farmer while my mother doesn't have a job. My siblings got their own families now and I'm the youngest. I also left my job for 4 years now because of my situation. I wanna go back to work because I want to help my parents. I got no friends/relative to help that is why I tried it here in case somebody will help me. May God bless your hearts.
