My name is Erick Mauricio Flores. I am 39 years old and I am from El Salvador. I live in San Salvador. I am a teacher and I teach English.
I am the father of three children. They are 7, 10, and 12 years old.
I have kidney failure
I have kidney failure so I need a kidney transplant. I haven't found a donor yet. So, for now I am on a hemodialysis treatment to helps me keep my blood clean.
I need help to sustain the hemodialysis
I need help to pay for the treatment since it was not covered by the public health insurance.
I have to go on hemodialysis three times a week and each session costs $125 dollars plus the medicine to buy. The medicine is a protein called Nepro AP that helps me maintain my body immune. And it costs $5 for each dose. I need to raise at least $2,000 to be able to pay for treatment until I get a kidney donor.
