My baby diagnosed with west syndrome

My dearest daughter, Jatzumy came into our lives on September 5 with a condition called early childhood epileptic encephalopathy (west syndrome).

At the time of birth, he moved to a highly specialized Pediatric hospital where he had spent 7 months of life with different peculiar health situations.

She has undergone 3 surgeries

In these months, jatzumy has shown us that she is a warrior since she has been in the neonatology intensive care unit, intensive care, intermediate therapy and on the neurology floor.

So far jatzumy has undergone 3 surgeries, one tracheostomy placement, one gastrostomy placement, and one fundoplication, waiting for him to gain weight and height.

Help me to buy the portable mechanical ventilator for my daughter

Even though jatzumy is hospitalized she is stable only waiting for a home ventilator, unfortunately the ventilator waiting list is very long and the risk of acquiring an infection while in the hospital is higher.

We are already 8 months in the hospital and due to the covid-19 problem, I do not want to risk it to stay longer at the hospital and want to continue the rehabilitation at home.

In order to have it at home, it is necessary to have a portable mechanical ventilator that helps maintain adequate breathing, and all the accessories that come with having the ventilator work properly such as oxygen, the humidifier, circuits, light plant and compressor.
