I want to create a mini-brewery for 200 liters of wort/day.

Hello everyone! I want to tell you about my idea - to create a high-quality and natural beer.

My name is Yuri, I graduated from the National University of Food Technology, where I gained knowledge about beer technology (and have read many articles and materials on how to brew a real beer). And now I want my dream come true!

Further steps:

1. The brewing procedure will consist of 200 liters of wort/day.

2. For this order I need an equipment:

2.1 Mill for crushing malt.

2.2 Equipment for water treatment.

2.3 Mash-worting device.

2.4 Filter Chan (whirlpool).

2.5 Heat exchanger.

2.6 Steam generator.

2.7 Frost generator.

2.8 Hot water boiler.

2.9 Fermentation tanks (CCT) 6 pieces.

2.1.1 Pump equipment.

2.1.2 SIP washing equipment/keg.

2.1.3 KEGs 88 pcs.

2.1.4 Laboratory equipment.

2.1.5 Other auxiliary equipment.

3. Registration of a license. Obtaining permission of fire and sanitary services.

4. Purchase of basic ingredients (malt, hops, yeast). The start of brewing will be on 3 recipes, namely: Light Lager, Unfiltered Wheat, IPA. (After the payback of the project, I will expand the recipe base).

5. Rental of premises.

To start this project I need $35,000. To put the equipment and start cooking - 1-1.5 months. Profitability of a business is 30%. The break-even point occurs while selling 1063 liters of beer/month. The monthly profit for the full sale of the produced beer (4400l/month) will be $4500. Investment payback time 8-9 months.
