House rent and living cost in Hong Kong

Hi everyone.

I am Tommy. A husband and a father to a 8 years old boy living in Hong Kong.

Both of us have lost our jobs due to COVID-19

With the economy disaster, business shutdown caused by COVID-19 and lack of supports from our Hong Kong government, my wife and I have lost our job. I was a fitness personal trainer and my wife was a beauty consultant.

Both of our occupations were hit hard by COVID-19 containment measures. Now we lost our financial support for our home rent and daily living.

Help us to survive in Hong Kong

As you all might have known, Hong Kong is one of the most expensive place to live and the most expensive in housing on this planet. I'm living in a 250 square feet flat, paying HK$ 12,800/month or $1,650 USD/month.

As my wife and I have lost our job, we are unable to pay our rent. We'll soon become a homeless family.

I am unwillingly to let my wife and my little boy to suffer and become homeless with me, here I try crowdfunding suggested by friends. I understood and having no intention to ask for permanent help, because I'm still strong and having ability to work. Hereby, I'm only asking for your little help, so I can pay my rent and living cost, while I'm focus on looking for job without worrying.
