I want to help my Mom to pay the Hospital bill

Hello!

My name is Esteban Baltazar, I am 28 years old, I lived in Monterrey, Mexico. I am an Actor and Opera Singer at the Monterrey Opera House in a project called MOS MEXICO OPERA STUDIO.

Now due to the situation we are having to respond Covid-19 Coronavirus, as an artist I cannot work either in an Opera, Concert, Theater or Cinema. Activities in the theater were paused, contracts with theaters were also dropped.

Mother in my hometown needs me

Due to my mother's situation, I had to go back home to Guadalajara to stay with her, while I don't have a job. His illness began after the pandemic crisis began.

On March 1st my mom entered the hospital because her intestine was perforated, she spent 1 month 9 days in the hospital with many complications, 2 weeks in intensive care, and almost 1 month in intermediate care. It was not until she is stable, or passes the critical condition, and after such a long period they finally released her.

The insurance did not cover the doctor's fees

The insurance company covered the hospital expenses, but not the fees of the doctors who did the surgery twice, which in total is 51 thousand Mexican pesos or $2,100 USD.

Mother also needs medicine and a second phase surgery

Approximately in June or July the hospital will schedule the second phase surgery. It all depends on the situation evolution and her condition. They will make a connection in my mother's small intestine.

To improve her condition, we spent most of our savings on her medicine. The medicines that my mother needs are EXCELLENT.

Help me support my mother's medical treatment

Actually, our savings is running out for the medicine and since I can not work, I have no way to cover the expenses of this and her first surgery.

Considering that my mother will require another surgery, I hope that by that time the situation will normalize and we can return to our lives normally.

My mom is doing very well, the doctors say that the result is better than expected, the next operation will be maximum in 1 month to re-connect her small intestine. Her health is now good, despite of all of its complications, those good and bad days, it is now going well.

At the end of the day it is not the 51 thousand Mexican pesos that I put to pay for my mother's first operation, but I have also had to pay 2 more hospitalizations, doctors, medicines, the par-enteral nutrition service and such.

The Parenteral Nutrition service, which is what my mother feeds on, and the nursing service claims were rejected the insurance company 1 week ago.
