My name is Fernando Arenas. I am a writer and Illustrator from Colombia

My Journey

I started my career 13 years ago, since 2007 I have been an Illustrator and published my first story called Ilusiones de un Ángel, then I published three continuations and several works of graphic humor.

I have published several illustrated stories and works of graphic humor. "Memorable Memories" is the new work that I have developed during the last months, it is a postcard with cartoons about historical events and fictional characters created and illustrated by me.

The current event has been cancelled because of covid-19

I have always financed myself by participating in book fairs and teaching,

However, with the current contingency, events have been canceled, so I turn to Airfunding to finance my new work on the history of illustrated humanity.

Details on needed funds

The funds raised will be used as follows:

• Phase 1. Creation and illustration: Finished.

• Phase 2. Printing 500 copies.

• Phase 3. Distribution in stores and physical and virtual bookstores.

• Phase 4. Promotion in traditional media and networks.
