I need help for my 1 year old daughter's heart surgery

Greeting you with blessed days ahead! I am Mrs. Alma Sangalang, a 43-year old mother of a 1-year old girl diagnosed with congenital hear disease. I am a plain housewife, focusing on the care of my daughter. I and my husband appeal to your good heart for financial assistance for the heart surgery of our daughter. My husband is Rudolf Sangalang, who supports us through his job as a driver. He occasionally runs car rentals to sustain Ari's medical expenses, apart from our daily expenses. We consider our daughter, Ari as God's precious gift since I was battling with Diabetes when I was pregnant with her, after two previous miscarriages. Since birth, Ari's condition has been closely monitored and managed with medications. As she grows up, the doctor sees the urgent need to have Ari's heart be operated on because her blood vessels are blocked and she may suffer an arrest if not immediately treated with surgery. She survived an arrest according to the doctor when she was 2 months old, was well managed, and luckily would have enough time to wait till she grows up. Ari keeps fighting, but her heart would give up if the operation will not be done the soonest. We, her parents appeal for help since we are running out of financial resources. Ari's medical check ups have drained our pockets already. But we are not giving up. We sought the help of government agencies already, waiting for approvals. We will truly appreciate whatever amount you can give to complement our meager resources. we are trying our best to be under the social services of a hospital in Manila, hoping that it would be approved, too, as soon as possible, while she is not yet losing her breath. She turns blue when she cries and could not be allowed to play normally, for fear that she would pass out anytime.
