what you see in the image is the cause of a robbery that was carried out on me 8 months ago. I am 27 years old and I am an entrepreneur in the city of Cali, I have a business and it is being affected by this problem.

what you see in the image are a total of 6 pre-approved consumer credits that were not taken out by me, I put them in context, they stole my cell phone which did not have a screen lock and since I am a person who does not have a Good memory, I leave my passwords in its Notes.

I was without a cell phone for only 1 week, and I was surprised that now I didn't even have any money in my account, and in addition to that I had a debt that totaled 7,500 dollars, which in Colombia is a lot of money and even more if they were taken out 36 fixed installments of 32% annual effective interest which doubles the debt in just 3 years.

These are credits that are called pre-approved... according to the banking system, there is no insurance that covers me in this situation since the cards were used directly to make purchases in casinos and electronic products online which there is no way to check - that I was not the one who made the purchases. I had help from lawyers but little by little the money has been running out in this case and the law in Colombia is really too confusing. I have a business, which is being affected since I have a very low credit score which is not allowing me to have support from other banking entities. The only quick solution they give me to be able to get out of all this is to make the loan payment which would mean paying a large part of the interest despite making a *prompt payment*, I don't feel comfortable making my situation public, but it is It has not been easy to have to continue with this payment that affects my daily life and my business.
