Hello everyone,

Charis Black Projects is a social impact non-profit initiative dedicated to reducing unemployment and poverty among African youths by intensively training youths in core digital skills that are in high demand in today's tech-driven landscape, supporting their small-scale businesses, and connecting them to life-changing growth opportunities.

We’re based in Lagos, Nigeria, and have built a digital community of over 4000 members who receive periodic digital skills training, mentored learning from industry experts, internship opportunities, business support, and job opportunities.

With 70% of Africa’s population under the age of 30, the African continent is presented with a great opportunity and, possibly, a great challenge.

Never has there been such weighty responsibility on the shoulders of young people. Never has there been an influence in the hands of young people like the influence they carry now.

But for Africa to reap the dividends she has longed for, it is up to our generation to make sure that influence is channeled correctly and directed towards relevant issues that affect not only ourselves but generations after us.

This can only be achieved if we come together as young people and begin to address the challenges before us as a continent.

Charis Black Projects was built with the best interests of African youths in mind. and we intend to spread to all the countries in Africa, to become a trusted home for young people to thrive, to be heard, be seen, and appreciated.

This funding is crucial for various components of our program, including compensating our dedicated trainers and mentors who will guide participants through their learning journey, ensuring access to essential software licenses and project resources vital for hands-on learning experiences.

A significant portion of the funds will be allocated towards facilitating internship placements, providing vital opportunities for participants to gain practical experience and secure future employment. We also aim to invest in advertising efforts to reach a wider audience and attract talented individuals to our program.

The bootcamp is a 2 month program Starting in June 2024 and ending by August 2024

The funds raised will be instrumental in transforming the lives of disadvantaged Nigerian youths by expanding our digital and physical training initiatives, meeting organizational needs, and amplifying our impact on our audience.

Your financial contribution will enable us to enhance our training programs, reach more individuals in need of support, and provide essential resources to facilitate their learning journey.
