Thailand Service Trip: We Need Your Help to Make It Happen!

Hello everyone!

We are members of a volunteer-based summer camp from Taiwan. This July, we will be going on a volunteer trip to Thailand in collaboration with Maekok Foundation. Maekok Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 1992 by Mr. Pipat Chasurin, which focuses on youth development, protection from drugs and human trafficking, and assistance in rebuilding communities and securing a better future for those in need. There are currently about 20 children and adolescents (ages ranging from 4 to 18) living at Maekok Foundation. Maekok Foundation is supported by both governmental and non-governmental agencies and continues to work with international volunteers to improve their facilities and provide better education for their children.

During this upcoming trip, we will be providing education (such as English and other practical skills or knowledge), sports (soccer), and other interactive activities for the children. We will also participate in constructing and renovating the facility along with other international volunteers.;

Although this may sound like an ambitious project, your generous donations can make it possible for us. Your donations will be a huge support for the Maekok community, such as providing the children with education, relationships, and new experiences, and improving their facility with renewed construction that better meets the needs of children and can potentially accommodate more people. At the same time, you are also providing us the opportunity to learn from this project, such as gaining the experience of service and interacting with a new culture. Last and most importantly, your generous donation can leave a much bigger impact than simply supporting us on this project. By making this project happen for us, you are creating an infinite number of opportunities and desires for people to serve one another. Not only does this project encourage the exchange of love between one another, it can also inspire more people to contribute in volunteering, service, and hospitality.
