Hope for Carl

Hello!

I am Khristofer Banzon residing at Santa Maria Bulacan located in the Philippines,

I created this fundraising page for my nephew Carl Anthony Reyes who has Acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Carl is fighting with blood cancer

Carl has Acute lymphoblastic leukemia which is the cancer of the blood, he has been battling cancer for the past 3 years.

If we do the proper treatment , Carl should be cancer free this coming September 2020.

However, due unforeseen circumstances, his condition relapsed and he had to restart his medication again from the beginning.

Carl often needed blood donors

when his platelets failed, he needed to get a blood donation.

If you could give carl blood donors also, it will be very meaningful for carl. Any blood type, but O+ type is better.

Let's help Carl achieve cancer free

I would like to ask for your help in getting funds for his medication such as his chemo therapy, bone marrow and other medical needs and checkup.

The funds that would be collected thru this effort is to help him financially in battling against this sickness
