I want to repair the ceiling of my family's house!

Nice to meet you! My name is Lahcen Zouzou and I live in Agadir, Morocco!

With this project I would like to raise enough funds to help my parents to fix the ceiling of our family house. I hope for everyone's support!

The ceiling is about to fall down

My dad works as a farmer and my mum is a housewife.

I currently live in Agadir because I'm searching a job, but my family still lives in our hometown, 75 km away.

In general, our family house is in a very bad condition because it's old and has never been repaired. The problem is that the ceiling is starting to fell down and the situation is getting dangerous. That's why I'm worried about my family.

We can't afford a reparation

The worst spots of the house are my parents bedroom and the living room.

There are also other parts of the house that need some reparations but neither me or my family can't afford the expensive cost.

My dad's income is being used to pay for the family living expenses and the school fee for my siblings.

They can't either to move to another house because this house is the only thing my family has. Also, the condition of the house is so bad that nobody would accept to buy it.

I'm living with my uncle in Agadir

My family house is in the countryside so I had to move to the city to be able to study and search a job.

I studied English in the University and now I'm doing my best everyday to get a job. In case I can find a job I will be able to support my family. I'm looking forward it!

Unfortunately, economic situation in Morocco is not good and finding a nice job is a very difficult thing to accomplish.

Details on needed funds

I would like to raise $1,800 that will be use to buy the materials and pay for the repairing of the ceiling. I hope for everyone's support!

Schedule

I will start the reparations as soon as I can collect funds!

If I manage to get enough funds, I will be able to repair my family house and then I will not have to worry anymore about their safety.

The only thing my family can do if I don't get supported is to keep living like now, as there is no other way to get the money we need.

Our relatives can't lend us money and we can't take a loan because we don't have any guarantee. I will be eternally grateful for your support!
