Help me buy a bow I need to be a solo violinist!

Hi everyone!

I am Vivijana Rogina, student on a Music Academy in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

I'm a Violinist since Childhood

From the age of 5, I was giving concerts, competing on more than 15 National and International violin competitions, recently I played with national Radio and Television orchestra and symphony orchestra Cantabile as a soloist (I have recordings of my concerts on Youtube), but from all this concerts, all I get is great exposure and sense of success. I was always considered as a very talented violinist, but I happened to have money difficulties all my life.

I don't have a professional quality violin

To continue down this path, I will have to buy new and better bow and instrument (I had borrowed them for my most important concerts), to be able to play on this level, express myself fully and overcome technical difficulties, which come from playing on a bad instrument.

My family is not able to support my dream, which would cost me minimal amount of 26.000€ or $30,000 USD, including a bow and violin. (Professional quality violins for solo players are not found under 20.000€)

Please support me to pay for a bow

I had found my bow, which suits me and my style of playing the best and I will have to pay my first paycheck in June, which will cost me 1.600€ (bow cost is 6.000€ or $6,800 USD), so I am asking you, if you could help me with it.

I had some money saved up, from playing in orchestra, chamber music gigs, but I struggle to also pay my rent and living due to the corona virus and not being able to work.

I dream big, aim to be the best possible violinist I can be and try my best to overcome the money problem, which was following me for all those years. I would be eternally grateful for the support!
