Aid program for older adults affected by COVID-19

Dear everyone,

My name is Elena and I started this fundraising to support elderly from Jalisco

I would like to help the elderly around the place I live

In Jalisco, people over 65 years of age represent 7.4 percent of the entity's total population. In total there are 616 thousand 512 people of this age, of which 55 percent are women and 45 percent are men.

One in ten older adults lives alone and of this number 42.3 percent have some limitation to do some basic activity such as moving their arms, listening or speaking, which generates a higher incidence of emotional or mental problems.

How the fund will be distribute

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, older adults in our state have become even more vulnerable, since many must even be exposed to infections to survive day by day.

With the collected funds I gathered, through airfunding, all of the collected money will be given to the group of the volunteer in my local area whose helping those elderly.
