Dream honeymoon for pregnant wife to US!

My wife and i have always wanted to go to the US for a long vacation as we are really amazed by the beautiful sceneries and landscape of the country. We recently got married in August and planned a honeymoon to Bali. We have booked our flights and hotel and unfortunately have to cancel them due the eruptions of the volcano, Mount Agung. Fast forward 1 month, due to our new wedding house coming up and the renovation fees involved, we have exhausted all our finances. But, there was a silver lining! We found out my wife was pregnant! As excited and happy as new parents, we prioritised the monthly clinic checkups for the baby and with the house coming up, we totally forgot about our long due honeymoon. So here i am hoping to make our dream honeymoon come true and give happiness to the person i love the most!
