I want to let my Uncle undergo heart surgery

In this chance, i would like ask your participation to support my uncle to undergo heart surgery

My uncle suffering from Familial Idiopathic Cardiomyopathy

My uncle is Alberto A. Agapito Jr., 47 years of age, 5th child of Alberto Agapito and Adela Agapito.

He is a breadwinner of his family since his older brother died with the same diagnosis. Alberto is a resident of Sta Cruz Porac, Pampanga, Philippines.

Way back 2012 he was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy or the abnormal size of his heart. Suddenly his Blood pressure can no longer be in his normal BP. His heart slowly weakens and can't support the normal beat of it, which causes the liquid stock on his lungs.

His Brothers and Sister also have a heart problem, which lessens their capability to work harder to collect the funds. We are knocking your kind heart to help us raise this fund.

Implantation CRTD is necessary to do as soon as possible

The doctor advice him for Implantation CRTD (Cardiac Resynchronization Device Therapy) or known as pacemaker, as soon as possible

The estimated cost of Php 900,000.00. The funds will be used to undergo the CRTD to save Alberto's life.

We need about 900,000 philippine peso

The total cost we need is about 900,00 philippine peso (about US $17,900) to process CRTD treatment, the detail of usage is explained below:

550,000 pesos for the pacemaker device

350,000 pesos for hospital bills, this include the laboratory test, medicine, and professional fee.

Please help my uncle!

I would like to help my Uncle to live the life he used too. He is our bread winner of our family, aside from me he is the only one who has a job to support our daily living.

Our family does belong to an indigent family in our community. The brothers and sister of Alberto also have a heart condition which lessens their capability to work harder to save the amount we need.
