Help For Stray Cat’s Medical

Hi all,

I’m reaching out for your help to support the rescue and rehabilitation of this little stray kitten who was a victim of a hit and run. We came upon her in extreme pain outside our apartment and rushed her to the hospital. We then learnt that she had fractured her hind leg in 3 places.

Two options were given to us: put her to sleep or perform immediate surgery. It broke our hearts to put her to sleep given all she's endured and so we opted to have the surgery.

The surgery was long and painful but she’s now in recovery, with pins/plates embedded in her hind leg. This means she will need another surgery in 2 months to remove the plates. The vet has requested that she continues to be rehabilitated at the animal hospital/boarding or fostering facility to limit her movements till then, so we are unable to bring her back to a human home to recuperate.

As cat lovers, we’re seeking all help you can give (funds and words) to help cover her current surgical costs, the stay at hospital (currently at RM5,522) and the upcoming boarding plus rehab surgery in 2 months.
